Ownership types:
The condos at La Reserve Residences are available for foreign Freehold with an additional 10% of the purchase price.

Leasehold ownerships are available by signing a Leasehold Agreements for 30 years with 2 additional 30 year renewal periods (90 years in total).

Payment Terms:

Buyers need to pay a non-refundable deposit of THB 60,000 upon signing the Reservation Agreement and thereafter a down Payment of 25% less deposit upon signing the Sale & Purchase Agreement or Leasehold Agreement (within 30 days after the reservation date).

The second payment to be made is 25% of the sale price at the date of the completion of the building foundation. The third payment of 20% is to be made after the completion of the superstructure, while the 4th installment of 20% is to be made at the date of the completion of the interior fit-outs. The final installment of 10% is to be made on the date of the Title Deed Transfer / Registration of the Leasehold contract with the Land Department.
