Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 — Sunday 8 Nov
Arrivals & Market Overview

Arrive Faro Airport. Private transfer to the group hotel in Carvoeiro. Evening welcome dinner with Catarina — overview of current Algarve pricing, the Golden Visa landscape post-2024, and what 'value' means in this market right now.

Day 2 — Monday 9 Nov
Carvoeiro & Lagoa

Two resale villas in Carvoeiro: one 3-bed with pool and sea views asking €720k (Catarina's view: worth €780k with cosmetic renovation), one 4-bed needing full renovation asking €540k with ₁ acre plot. Afternoon: a completed new-build in Lagoa at €595k — the rare case of a developer who didn't overprice.

Day 3 — Tuesday 10 Nov
Silves & Monchique Hinterland

Morning drive to Silves (30 min inland). Two properties: a restored Algarve quinta with olive grove, almond trees and 3 beds (€490k, GV-eligible via approved NHR category); and a building plot near Silves castle with permission for a 4-bed home. Afternoon: lunch in Monchique mountain village.

Day 4 — Wednesday 11 Nov
Lagos & Western Algarve Off-Plan

Morning: off-plan project in Lagos — 40-unit resort of 2- and 3-bed villas, from €485k. Catarina's analysis of the developer (track record, planning, contractor). Afternoon: two resale properties in Lagos's old town — urban apartments with rental potential. Evening: Lagos waterfront sunset session.

Day 5 — Thursday 12 Nov
Legal Session & Departures

Morning session with HHT's recommended Portuguese notary and tax advisor. IMT stamp duty, NHR 2.0 tax regime, non-habitual resident registration. One-on-one sessions with Catarina for those close to a decision. Afternoon transfers to Faro Airport.
