Launched in 2008 and scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2014, Skytop Golf Village in Mysore is a 602-acre resort/ township that’s being built around an 18-hole championship golf course. The village will also have a cricket stadium, 5 star hotel and international school along with a hospital, a mall, a world class resort and sports facilities like Olympic size swimming pools, badminton, lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball, squash and a commercial area.
In addition Skytop Golf Village will also feature a golf academy (after the project is developed) to be set up by Jeev to train young golf players in and around Mysore which the developers believe will be a huge draw.
Location: Skytop Golf Village is located off the Mysore-Coorg-Mangalore Highway on the proposed 150-feet KR Nagar-Hassan Road.
Offerings: Currently 2, 3 and 4BHK villas are available with sizes ranging from 1600 to 3800 square feet.
Pricing: Villas at Skytop Golf Village, Mysore are priced between Rs 49 lakhs to Rs 2.20 crores. Meanwhile plots for independent houses are available for Rs. 750 per square feet.
