Palm Jumeirah Viewings

Day 3 — Sunday 23 Nov
Dubai Creek Harbour & Downtown

Dubai Creek Harbour — site visit to the Emaar masterplan, viewings at Creek Beach (off-plan, from AED 2.1M). Afternoon: Downtown Dubai — resale apartments in Opera District and The Address Residences. Discussion of Downtown's rental market vs Palm.

Day 4 — Monday 24 Nov
Dubai Marina & Golden Visa

Morning: Dubai Marina off-plan project (from AED 1.8M, developer with strong delivery track record). Afternoon: session on the UAE Golden Visa — eligibility, processing, and what property investment qualifies. Two resale options in JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) with verified rental data.

Day 5 — Tuesday 25 Nov
Legal & Finance Session, Departures

Dubai property law briefing: DLD (Dubai Land Department) transaction costs, owner association fees, off-plan developer escrow protections, and the Oqood registration system. DIFC wills for non-Muslims. One-on-one sessions with Rania. Afternoon departures.

We are strictly buyer-side. No developer pays to have their property on our itinerary. Every viewing has been independently sourced and pre-vetted by our local partner for title, planning status, and realistic pricing.

How are flights and hotels handled?+

Flights are booked independently — we send a preferred routing guide 8 weeks before departure. Ground transport, accommodation during viewings, and curated meals are all included in the tour price.
