With the Phuket residential market after a few months of lull again heating up with huge demand from expats, new entrants in the market are coming up with some good developments. One such developer, Bangkok-based Able Asset developer group has now announced plans to launch a billion baht, low-rise condominium project on a centrally-located parcel of prime Phuket real estate.
Being seen as one of the biggest project of its kind on the island, the Centrio Condo development, situated just opposite Central Festival Phuket on Vichit Songkhram road, will spread across an area of 2,100 square meters and will comprise three eight-storey buildings with a total of 504 units.
Construction of the development is slated to start soon and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014-early 2015. After that the developer will allow two months to make any corrections to the development and then will start the unit transfers.
Situated in the heart of Phuket, Centrio promises to support all lifestyles as it is located near department stores, restaurants, hospitals, schools and even a sports stadium. Meanwhile it provides a choice of unit types to suit every person's needs.
Dwelling on the location advantage of Centrio, Kasidit Manopinives, managing director of Able Asset Co Ltd recently told the media: “It’s a very prominent location. We called it Centrio because it is central to everything – shopping and nightlife. It took us a long time to negotiate for this site.”
