Seminyak in Bali is one of the highly visited areas by foreign tourists. The area is home to some of the top hospitality chains, restaurants, cafes, bars and other places for entertainment. Stretching property in Bali is getting brighter. Today, Seminyak is buzzing with activity on the real estate front with number of developers building hotels, apartments and condotels.
One of them, Vins Group, is coming up with a luxury residential building in the form of condotel which is being termed as the first sky villa concept in here which is being built at a total cost of Rp 120 billion (USD1,16,40,000).
To be completed in 2014, De Vins Sky Villas is a combination of consists of 110 fully furnished units, ranging from Studio Suites to Garden Villas most featuring a unique water theme with a Terrazo Jacuzzi, a private pool or a water fall in a condotel unit, that will offer buyers a leasehold ownership of their property.
As of March, 65 percent of the units have already been sold. Meanwhile, these luxury residences will be equipped with facilities such as spa, swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Intended for upper-middle-class customer, once completed, the condotel will be managed by international hotel operator, Golden Tulip from Holland.
Each unit of De Vins Sky Villas will offer sweeping views of the ocean with the rooftop of the development to feature a pool, and the Sky Bar and Restaurant. The developer has also partnered with Ray White who is the single sales agent for De Vins Sky Villas.
