1. Paid reservation fee in amount of 100,000 Baht, and within 30 days Purchasing Agreement will be signed and paid contract fee at 20% of purchasing price.
2. Foundation completed: Paid 20% of purchasing price.
3. Unit completed: The last 60% of purchasing price, once unit ready to move in by client. (Purchaser can loan from Commercial Bank or In-House loan 3 years)
