The units will be built on a RCC structure with 23 cms thick external walls and 15 cm thick partition walls and will feature sloping RCC roof which will be waterproofed and covered with Monier tiles. All rooms will have vitrified tile flooring and high quality pre-molded doors with matti/sal wood frames. The main door will be of genuine teak wood with teak wood frame and brass door fittings. The living room will also feature UPVC Fenesta French doors and windows with iron railings.

Meanwhile kitchen will have granite kitchen platform, a stainless steel sink with drain board and 60 cms ceramic tiles dado above the kitchen platform.

Full height wall tiles and non-skid ceramic floor tiles will be given in the bathrooms which will also feature water mixing sets and Kohler make sanitary ware.

The 2BHK of 104 square meters is available at a price of INR 51,46,253 and the 2BHK of 99 square meters is available at INR 48,98,837. The total cost includes a service tax of 3.09 percent.
