With eight years of experience in the real estate sector, Phanason Group is now entering the high-end residential property market of Phuket. The group has already made a mark in the affordable segment of the market and is now confident that its newly launched project ‘Phanason Resort’ will deliver another success to its portfolio of 11 developments.
All the houses have ocean view, either direct or from the balcony at the back of the house and will feature a total of 142 units in six different styles – Andaman, Arctic, Caribbean, C/S Caribbean, Pacific, Mediterranean and Atlantic.
The project is aimed at the high end market, but it is still within reach of many people. The prices of the units range from THB9.9 million (US$315,839) to THB15.9 million (US$507,257).
The project is located on the prime location of Laem Hin, on Phuket’s east coast. The entire project is surrounded by lush green space on one side and a clear view of Koh Maphrao (Coconut Island) and the sea beyond on the other.
The competition is fierce on Phuket which has experiences a full recovery from the global financial crisis and the island’s real estate market seems immune to the current hostile environment in the US and Europe.
Elaborating on the features and USP of the Phanason Resort, project manager Mr. Phichet Ko said, “The concept of our resort is Modern living in a Resort-Style Community.”

Phanason Resort is one of 11 developments created by Phanason Group, who has been among the leading housing developers in Phuket for more than eight years.
“We have designed all of the houses in our project to ensure they have an ocean view. Some houses will face the ocean, while residents in houses facing the other direction will still be able to see the ocean from their balcony at the back of the house,” he further said.
Phanason Resort has a wide range of house models on offer. Each model has been created with its own design and range of facilities.
Phichet further said: “Already we have sold six units, most of them Type A and C. All our buyers are those seeking to escape a busy life style and live easy, like they are at a resort. I believe we have the answer for that desire.”
He expressed some concern about the current rate of sales for the project, but expects to be able to organize several events during the high season to entice potential buyers.
