Samira Habitats’ Alibaug Project – Samira Pavilion – designer villas and row houses in the lap of luxury

Alibaug which is coming up very fast with development in infrastructure has today become an extension of Mumbai. The projects that are coming up here are unique – some offering designer villas, speedboat facilities, property management services, etc.

One such project which we are featuring today is Samira Habitats’ Samira Pavilion which is scheduled to be completed later this year. The two-bedroom apartments are priced at Rs. 90 lakh and the three-bedroom ones about Rs. 1.2 crore.
