Samira Habitats’ Alibaug Project – Samira Pavilion – designer villas and row houses in the lap of luxury

Alibaug which is coming up very fast with development in infrastructure has today become an extension of Mumbai. The projects that are coming up here are unique – some offering designer villas, speedboat facilities, property management services, etc.

One such project which we are featuring today is Samira Habitats’ Samira Pavilion which is scheduled to be completed later this year. Samira Habitats’ integrated high end-housing project of 200 residences, including six stand-alone uniquely designed villas at Alibaug, is an address for the uber rich. Fashion designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee is designing the limited edition villas of the project. These designer villas, each spread over 7,000 square feet, will be a part of an integrated development over 21 acres close to the beach. Spread over 11.4 acres, the development is situated just a few minutes across the Mumbai Harbour and would be maintained by Knight Frank India, the property managers.

The project will also have 194 two and three-bed room row houses that would look like a resort. It will have dedicated speedboat service from Gateway of India and limousine service from Mandwa jetty for the house owners.

PRICING:

The two-bedroom apartments are priced at Rs. 90 lakh and the three-bedroom ones about Rs. 1.2 crore.
