After the Phase one of Pavilion Hilltop, released in April, saw a 100 percent take-up within two months, the Pavilion Group recently launched the second block of residences in Pavilion Hilltop, a luxury building in Mont Kiara, a township north-west of Kuala Lumpur. Interestingly this phase too is witnessing an equal demand from buyers with 40 percent of the units already sold.
Pavilion Hilltop, with a gross development value of RM 1.18 billion, is being developed by Permata Cermat Sdn Bhd, a joint venture of the Pavilion Group – best known for the Pavilion KL – and Kuwait Finance House. Sitting on six acres of prime freehold land, one of the last few remaining undeveloped tracts in the tony Mont’Kiara neighbourhood, the high-end Pavilion Hilltop comprises three blocks and 621 units.
The six-acre hilltop development, to be built just off the Sprint Highway and on one of the highest points in expatriate-heavy Mont’ Kiara, has 621 units spread over three towers. Two are 31-levels high and the third has 30 floors. Phase 2 will comprise 232 units with built-ups ranging from 1,496 square feet and 1,830 square feet. The third and final block has larger sizes of up to 2,800 square feet and 168 units.
The three towers, each at least 30 levels high, will provide residents a panoramic view of the city, the King’s Palace, KLCC and even Genting Highlands, given its location on the highest point of Mont’Kiara. Unlike its earlier tower, instead of penthouses, the developer has opted for 17 ground-floor villas that open up to the gardens and swimming pools.
Meanwhile, amenities at the Pavilion Hilltop include, housekeeping, concierge, a café, kindergarten, and a shuttle to Pavilion KL are among the value-added services its owners can look forward to.
Pavilion Hilltop is expected to be completed in August 2017, even as more projects of the Pavilion Group are in the pipeline including the world’s first Harrods Hotel and the Pavilion Elite Suites, an extension to Pavilion KL that will consist of 369 private residences sitting atop 10 levels of ultra-deluxe retail space.
Offerings and Pricing:
Sizes range from 1,200 to 2,874 square feet, while prices start at RM 900 per sq ft or RM 1.1 million. Prices for villas – all of them duplex suites with built-ups of over 3,000 square feet – begin at RM 3.4 million.
