DEVELOPER’S VIEWS:
Dwelling on the features of Sunray Beachfront project, Managing Partner, Mr Raja Varma told Holiday Home Times that each villa will have direct access to the beach and will be surrounded by hedge plantation.
“All villas will be ocean facing and will have a 180-degree ocean view. These 2, 3, and 4 bedroom villas will have the garage in basement to protect the vehicles from corrosion.”
He further said: “The 125-acre community will also have a helipad, amphitheatre, lotus parks, a bicycle track, shaded walking track, etc. from amongst other amenities.”
“The entire project will be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2013,” he added.
