After the huge success of its earlier condo developments in Thailand, Bangkok-based developer Sansiri has continued to show its confidence in the strength of the affordable condominium market in Phuket with its recent sales launch of dcondo Mine in December last year.
The condo complex, in which Sansiri is investing B740 million, has a modern tin mine design, and targets the younger generation. Located on four rai of land on Praphuket Kaew road, Kathu, dcondo Mine will have two eight-storey buildings with a total of 436 units in two types – studios sized at 29 square meters and two-bedroom apartments at 60 square meters.
