When asked about the specifications of Magnolia, Alibaug, he said that each apartment will have full height anodized aluminium French windows, vitrified tile flooring, anti-skid floor tiles in toilets, and designer bathroom fittings. For utmost security they will install steel security main entrance doors with necessary hardware fittings.
“Amongst other fittings, there will a geyser in the bathrooms, exhaust fans in toilets and kitchen, inverter battery back-up for every apartment, provision for windows AC point in all bedrooms and ceiling fans and tube light fittings in all rooms.”
La Gardenia, Alibaug:
La Gardenia on the other hand is an 1BHK apartment development near Magnolia. These 1BHK sized at 575 square feet will have the same amenities offered to residents of Magnolia.
The development built mostly to cater to buyers looking for an affordable weekend home in Alibaug too will be completed this year is at its advanced stage of construction.
Apartments is La Gardenia are priced at Rs. 4600 per square feet.
