After more than a decade in business and launching more than 20 successful projects, Bangkok-based Phanason Group has yet again released details of its latest project, The Park Condominium, on Nanai Road in Patong, which will go on pre-sales launch from July 1 to 15.

With the foreign as well as the Thai market in mind, the project comprising 1027 condos in seven blocks will have sweeping views of the Andaman Sea. Buyers can choose between studio apartments and two bedroom units with two bathrooms, living area and kitchenette. The large balcony of each unit will have a full view of the sea and a garden. Common facilities will include a shopping centre, a swimming pool with attached whirlpool bath, a sauna and a children’s playground. The large lobbies in each building will have communal seating areas with cable TV and free WiFi connections will be available in the lobbies and around the pool.
The site planning and buildings are being designed in such a way that residents are not cramped for space. Each building will have a private parking area which gives owners the convenience to park their vehicles, both in the building and area around the building.
Sizes:
The condos are available in six different plans and buyers can choose from four different sizes with areas – 40 sq mts, 43 sq mts, 55 sq mts, and 62 sq mts.
PRICING:
The units are priced from THB 1.99 million, which includes built-in furniture, wallpaper and air-conditioning. During the pre-sales launch period (July 1- 15) buyers can book a unit by making a deposit of THB 10,000.
