Each villa has a floor space of 155 square meters including an infinity pool measuring 30 square meters overlooking the azure sea. Meanwhile, the special attention has been paid to the height and location of each villa so that residents are assured of maximum privacy.
The interior of the villa is finished with local stone and wood, according a deep respect for the Balinese tradition, as well as staying true to the local culture and environs. The space is also adorned with exquisite furniture, modern designer lamps and fitted with cutting-edge technology for contemporary living.
Each villa will have a living room, dining space, bedroom with adjoining dressing room and bathroom. Showcasing a distinct open floor layout that features several ambiances these en-suite villas will showcase a distinct open floor layout that features several ambiances including the villa’s dome ceiling finished with several layers of rattan and outer walls made of curved glass, resulting in an original, elliptical shape. From the pool residents can enjoy spectacular sunsets and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
The villas are scheduled to be completed by 2015 and there are also plans to include restaurants to indulge guests with the taste of local and international cuisines. Not forgetting chill-out areas and a beach club to enjoy the magical Balinese nights. The spa, designed and managed by the exclusive Spa by GHM, will offer unique treatments by trained professionals.
Design:
Meanwhile the Singaporean-based property development company Sinni Villas has hired Cubillo Y Esteban, a Madrid-based engineering firm with more than 50 years’ experience in the business to carry forward Spanish designer Ismael Pindado’s vision of the elevated, egg-shaped villas – a concept inspired by Nusa Penida’s standing as a bird sanctuary.
The villas, clad in natural rattan, appear suspended in the air, dotted randomly across the lush and serene greenery. Upon closer look, these villas resemble individual nests laid upon trees born of the land, each a peaceful cocoon of your private world.
