ABOUT THE DEVELOPER:
PT Lime Management Group is a local development company, founded by a successful local business man and his Australian partners. As local developers there is a strong connection with Balinese culture and an understanding of the Island’s market conditions. As individuals and business partners they have constructed and developed a number of successful projects in Bali. Some of the most well-known developments from this group are Batu Belig residences, KU DE TA restaurant, Chez Gado Gado restaurant, Cocoon Beach Club, The Breezes Resort and Downtown apartments.
Architect Richard Manser (Karma Kandara) and Interior Designer Hetta Thynne from H&H Architecture who are known across South Asia for their unique designs and architecture have been roped in to make the development one-of-its-kind in the region.
The complex will be independently managed and rental profits will be split 70-30% between the owners and the management company. Returns are conservatively predicted to be in excess of 10% per annum.
PRICING:
The price range is USD 550,000 to USD 725,000 for a 35 year lease. Owners will receive returns-annually to a bank account of their choice.
