With an eye on international buyers seeking a place not too far from the city center in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle area, Low Yat Group recently launched Tribeca Service Suites, a 36-storey development of high-end serviced apartments being built at an estimated gross development value of RM490 million.
The demand from buyers to own a home in this prestigious area can be judged from the fact that since its launch, the first phase of the Tribeca project has attracted 42 percent foreign investors from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The development will be 36-storey tower consisting of 318 serviced suites on a 0.3ha land with the studios and suites ranging from 510 square feet to 1,020 square feet and the loft units of 1,300 square feet in size.
The project named after a place in Manhattan, is a neighborhood within a building that is suited for hotel-style living featuring two rooftop infinity swimming pools and five unique Sky Pods, which will serve as common areas scattered throughout the tower.
Each pod will act as extended features to the units where residents or business travelers staying temporarily can entertain friends in one of the lounges or host a 20-pax dinner function in the club. While some residents can use the common facilities free of cost, some others are only accessible with a small fee.
Expected to be completed in three years, once completed, the development will feature F&B outlets, concierge service, an exclusive entrance for residents and sun-bathing decks. Prospective buyers can also choose to have their property managed by Fairlane, a well-known hospitality management company under the Low Yat Group. Buyers who purchase the property before a predetermined date can also have their mortgage repayments withheld for four years after the initial down payment is made, making it even more attractive to potential buyers.
