Local developer Megaworld Corporation has launching the third tower of its One Madison Place in Iloilo City in response to the overwhelming demand for luxury residential condominiums there.

The entry of the third tower completes the three-tower residential condominium cluster of One Madison Place. Pre-selling for the third tower has already started and the developer has informed that One Madison Place’s first tower has been sold out while the second tower is almost 80 percent sold out, barely two months after its launch.

One Madison Place is being built on a sprawling 1,700 square meters of land area along Megaworld Boulevard in Iloilo Business Park.
