We had earlier written about the launch of the first two phases of Vimokhsa Valley, so we thought we should do a ground zero review of these phases before we recommend our readers about the Trinayan Homes Pvt. Ltd’s new phase of development – Vimokska Valley Extension in Ranikhet’s Majkhali area.
To say the least, we were very happy to see the progress of the first two phases of development. The cottages built in the first phases have already been handed over to their owners and the gated community is pretty well maintained.
In the second phase, all cottages have been sold and a couple of owners have already taken possession. When we visited the site in early this month, some of the cottages were being given finishing touches and a couple of them being altered according to the owners’ specifications. All in all, everything were on time.
The Majkhali area is about 15 minutes drive from the Ranikhet market and is home to a lot of real estate activity. While Trinayan Group’s development with a total of 50 cottages is one of the biggest gated communities in the area, there are a couple of other developments too, though none were actually offering cottages. Owing to the area’s green environs and the un-obstructed view of the snow-capped mountains, in fact many retirees have already settled down here. We also met some young residents who seemed very happy living here. Majkhali is also the home of a couple of significant personalities who have their holiday homes here.
ABOUT VIMOKSHA VALLEY EXTENSION:
This is the newly launched offering from Trinayan Group. The development is near the Vimoksha Valley Phase I and will be built at a total are of 2.5 acres and will have a total of 18 two and three bedroom cottages. Once this phase is complete, Vimoksha Valley will perhaps be the biggest gated community in Ranikhet.
SIZES OF COTTAGES:
The 3 BHK cottage will be built in an area of 300 square yards and the built-up area of the cottage will be 1,500 square feet.
The 2 BHK cottage will be built on a 240 square yard plot and its built-up area will be around 1,000 square feet.
